At Cardinal Counseling, I assist individuals and couples on their journey to develop their soul and fulfill their destiny. I realize that your path is unique, no-one has a path like yours. You are not an illness or diagnosis or a bunch of symptoms. You are an individual who may be on the wrong path, attempting to discover the correct direction for you life. When the right path is discovered there will be meaning, purpose and fulfillment for your life.

A safe setting will help you move forward to discover what has been inside of you all the time and is seeking for expression. All our life experiences have been attempting to direct you to your true calling and way of being. I can help you understand the purposes of some of your life events in order to keep you on the path chosen for you.

There is nothing more frustrating than to suffer, face addictions, isolation or depression and not know what these are pointing toward, wanting you to see a new way of moving through life that is being presented to you.

Whether you are suffering with an addiction, trauma, depression, relationship problems, you can begin to live a new story for your life. A life where your experiences of suffering, pain, isolation are integrated and used to transform your life into a life of depth and wholeness.

I currently do not see individuals or couples in person. I use tele-health video conferencing or telephones for sessions.

People are never helped in their suffering by what they think for themselves, but only by revelation of a wisdom greater than their own. It is this which lifts them out of their distress. C G Jung
